Stool, makeshift esky, waterproof gear tub; the possibilities of this bucket are as endless as your imagination. Every kit shares THE BUCKET, or “Buckey” as we like to call ours! The nested sieve and pan make room for your next finds.
Rhythm & Hunt is launching before December, with kits in adventurers’ hands ready to wrap for end-of-year festivities. The first fully inclusive, easy access hunt is being planned NOW — it will be in March 2027 — March because January and February are way too HOT!!! This Hunt will be in Central Queensland with the location to be announced on finalisation of details subject to access, permits, insurance, weather, safety planning and operational readiness. It would take a pretty big obstacle to stop us — we are just way too excited. Expect many more hunts too — online and in your local area — between now and March and well beyond. Design concept shown; final fit, mesh size and safe lifting load need to be confirmed with the maker.

For our explorers
The starter kit is chapter one. We're dreaming up occasional membership surprises — useful new additions to pop in your Buckey, with their own designs, stories and Field Notes as they come to life. Every reveal should feel like finding treasure, not collecting filler.
Surprises are planned as occasional extras for paid members, not a fixed delivery or a promise of a parcel each month. We'll share the details when each addition is ready.

Where does your Buckey end up? Stool by the fire? Makeshift esky? Waterproof gear tub? A mighty fine hat, if you're brave? Send in a photo of what you use yours for — the photo of the month wins an Explorer kit, on us. And spectacular shots might just earn themselves a Pioneer membership.
Send your entry through the form, then reply to the confirmation email with your photo attached — one entry per month. Photos must be yours to share; by entering you give RnH the nod to share your photo and first name on our pages and in the field notes. Already kitted out? Lucky you — we'll find something extra shiny for your Buckey.
Our rule as the price climbs: better quality, not more bits and bobs. Every item has to earn its place in Buckey. More specialised kits may come later. Members hear first.
