I'm a treasure hunter with more than 20 years of geotechnical experience working across some of Australia's most remote and challenging landscapes. Decades spent reading the ground, observing large open cut mines, their spoil and exploring the outdoors have given me a bit of an eye for spotting things others often overlook.
I've always believed that every landscape has a story to tell. Whether it's a hidden gemstone, a rare mineral, an antique bottle, a forgotten relic, or simply a beautiful place waiting to be discovered, there's treasure all around us if we know where to look.
Beyond treasure hunting, I'm passionate about sustainable gardening, regenerative farming, and caring for the land. Respect for property, the environment, and future generations sits at the heart of everything we do. That's why I created Rhythm & Hunt — a community where responsible treasure hunters, explorers, landowners, photographers, prospectors and adventurers can connect through trust, shared respect, and a love of discovery. Together, we can explore Australia's hidden treasures while leaving every place we visit in better condition than we found it.

Sisters from the start
Bobby & Bec — Rocking since forever!
Bobby and Bec are sisters, and they have loved all things that rock for as long as either of them can remember. Long before Rhythm & Hunt had a name, these two were outside exploring, collecting, and wondering what might be hiding under the next rock.
Some things never change. The jumpers got bigger, the adventures got further from home, and the treasures got shinier — but the curiosity is exactly the same.
Barry was snapped on the deck of the wonderful White Rabbit Tiny House near Byron Bay (Cavanbah), on Arakwal Bundjalung Country — where the loveliest team and the marvellous Lawrence made us feel so at home that Barry refused to leave. A giant thank you for a wonderful time. And no, this isn’t a paid promotion — we just loved it that much. ♥ — Bobby

Every great treasure hunting team needs a loyal companion — and that role belongs to Barry.
Barry is fiercely loyal, endlessly affectionate, and firmly committed to ensuring that nobody is ever alone for longer than absolutely necessary. Whether you're heading off on an adventure, working in the shed, or simply sitting down for five minutes, Barry believes it is his duty to be involved.
An enthusiastic treasure hunter in his own right, Barry specialises in chaotic excavation techniques. While his digging style lacks precision and his stamina occasionally falls short of his ambition, his dedication can never be questioned.

Every big dream needs someone who can see the magic and still keep both boots on the ground. For Rhythm & Hunt, that's Clover.
Clover Green? More like Clover Greenthumb. 🌱 Give them a garden and it grows. Give them an idea and they'll find the right words for it.
Patient, practical and quietly strong, Clover brings clear thinking and common sense to even the wildest Rhythm & Hunt plans.
They've been there through remote roads, relentless heat, enthusiastic flies and bread as tough as a house brick. They've heard every strange idea — hydraulics and all — backed the good ones and helped turn chaos into something that actually works.
Clover looks after the people and places around them. Their patience and belief helped carry Rhythm & Hunt through its earliest days.
A parent and brand new grandparent — who still gets carded buying the campfire bevvies.

Some people have a way of bringing beauty, calm, and inspiration into everything they touch. Bec is one of those people.
As the creator of Mystic Tide Hair and Healing, Bec has built more than a business. She has created a unique space where creativity, healing, connection, and personal growth come together. Not only is she a very qualified tradesperson, she empowers others to feel confident, valued, and seen, while looking and feeling their most spectacular selves.
A devoted mother of two amazing humans and a committed wife, Bec somehow balances family life, business ownership, mentoring, wellness retreats, creative projects, and countless responsibilities with a grace that inspires everyone around her.
She is a natural leader and teacher, known for her ability to listen deeply, offer genuine support, and help people see their own potential. Her strength is unwavering, her compassion authentic, and her standards high. She leads with kindness, but she's not afraid to stand her ground when it matters.
Beyond her work in beauty, wellness and business, Bec is an incredibly talented photographer with an extraordinary eye for capturing beauty, emotion, and story in a single moment. What she calls a hobby, many would call artistry.
Life has presented Rebecca with challenges that would stop many people in their tracks, yet she continues to move forward with determination, courage, ahmazing style — hair and nails — and an unshakeable sense of purpose.
At Rhythm & Hunt, Bec brings creativity, wisdom, stability, and heart. She reminds us that true strength isn't loud. It's showing up every day with courage, compassion, and the determination to keep moving forward.

Cam is a man of many trades and even more talents.
A devoted husband and father of two amazing humans, he brings determination, loyalty, and a work ethic that simply refuses to quit. When something needs doing, Cam finds a way.
Whether it's helping organise an adventure, coaching and managing both kids' soccer teams, solving a problem, or showing up when someone is in need, he doesn't think twice about stepping up. If I needed help 1,000 kilometres away, there's a good chance Cam would already be on the road. 🧡
His grit, resilience, and willingness to help others embody everything Rhythm & Hunt stands for: community, mateship, and looking out for one another.
Cam is also one of the bravest souls you'll meet. When I was learning to operate an excavator, he somehow found the courage to stand nearby and trust both the machine and the operator. That may have been one of the greatest acts of faith ever witnessed in Australian earthmoving history.
Above all, Cam reminds us that the greatest treasure isn't always what we find in the ground. Sometimes it's having good people beside us on the journey.

Jason is a cheeky, loyal kid with a big heart and a quick wit. He's a keen soccer player and member of his local club.
Off the field, he loves his computer games. He's also always up for an adventure, whether that's a day of paintball or a fishing trip.
Jason has inherited the family's sense of humour, and his one-liners land when you least expect them. Quirky, unique and plenty of fun, he's exactly the kind of explorer you want beside you on a hunt.

Aimee T
She/Her
Junior Explorer · Head of Rhythm & Hunt Doggo Pats and Relations
Aimee is quirky, witty and full of personality. Like her brother, she's a keen soccer player and also a member of her local club.
She has a natural rhythm (I like to think it runs in the family 😂🎸🎶🎵). You'll often find her tinkering on her keyboard, or tapping out a beat on the percussion pad. If there's a doggy around to play with, Aimee won't be far away.
She shares the family's sense of humour, and her clever comments always seem to come out of nowhere. Unique, fun and full of heart, she brings her own beat to the team.

Around our campfire nobody is the odd one out. We don't mind who you love, what your family looks like, or whether you own boots. Whether you can dig or fill a hole, shut a gate, strum a song, tap a drum, rip out a tune around the campfire, or simply enjoy being there, there's a seat for you. Adventure belongs to everyone — and we really do mean everyone.
